We’re planning for the next five years and want to make sure both our strategic plan and our resident involvement strategy reflect what matters most to you. Your feedback through the resident priorities survey – Shaping our five-year plans will help us improve homes, services, and community support.

The survey is anonymous, open until Thursday, 15 January 2026 and will take around ten minutes to complete.

Car parking

You can request a parking permit through our online parking portal . You can also contact us f you have any questions or need a permit for a carer.

Our parking services are provided by UK Parking Control (UKPC).

Remember to pay your rent in December

Christmas can often be a busy time with lots to think about, organise and prepare for. But don't get caught out. You still need to pay your rent in December.

There are several ways to contact us. Our main phone number is 0300 131 7300. Our offices at 102 Blackstock Road, N4 2DR, are open Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) from 9am to 4pm for in-person visitors.
